Roasted, ground, conched in our workshop, the special blend of these cocoa beans, fruit of our ancestral know-how, and the careful follow-up of all these stages in order to get the best taste of the cocoa, confer finesse on our chocolate, which makes it a good reputation.

Combined with our rural products of the “ Drôme Provençale” from our orchard, almonds from Provence, hazelnuts, morello cherry, , our chocolate allow us to develop a large range of specialities, able to appeal to the most demanding amateurs.

Made to order, so as to keep tastes and flavours, about thirsty references (chocolate, nougat, fruit jellies) are mail ordered in France and abroad or directly sold to private individuals in the chocolatery.
